Getting Started

Spicom helps you understand the real profitability of your contracts in minutes.
Add your data, import your contracts, and instantly see margins, risks, and 12-month projections.

🚀 Quick Start (5 minutes)

Follow these four steps to get fully operational.

1. Add your Global Costs

Enter your fixed monthly costs (software, rent, insurance, tools, admin…).
These costs are used to calculate your true break-even point.

2. Add your Workforce

For each collaborator, enter:
  • Monthly salary or freelance rate
  • Contract type
  • Optional overhead (default recommended)
Spicom automatically computes the true monthly cost per person.

3. Import Your Contracts (CSV)

Upload a simple CSV with:
  • client name
  • contract amount
  • start & end dates
  • renewal type
  • status
A downloadable example is provided in the import modal.
Spicom will validate your columns and highlight issues automatically.

4. Explore the Dashboard

Once data is added, you instantly get:
  • Real margin per contract
  • Cost breakdown (HR + overhead + general costs)
  • Client risk exposure
  • 12-month financial forecast
  • What-if simulation engine
