Login Issues

If you’re having trouble logging into Spicom, use this guide to solve the most common authentication problems.
Most login issues are caused by session expiration, incorrect email input, or browser-related problems.

1. I forgot my password

Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page. You will receive a reset link at your account email. If no email arrives, check:
  • Spam / junk folders
  • Promotions tab (Gmail)
  • That your inbox is not full
  • That you used the correct email
If still nothing, request a new link.

2. I’m logged out instantly after login

This usually means:
  • Your session token expired
  • Your browser blocked cookies
  • You switched devices recently
Try:
  • Logging out
  • Refreshing the page
  • Logging in again
  • Ensuring cookies are enabled

3. “Invalid email or password”

Check the following:
  • No typo in your email
  • No extra spaces before/after the password
  • Caps Lock isn’t active
  • You are using the right email (some users have multiple accounts)
If you changed your password recently, request a new reset.

4. I can’t log in after creating my account

Possible reasons:
  • You mistyped your email during signup
  • Your inbox filtered the confirmation email
  • Temporary mail service delay
Solutions:
  • Try logging in again
  • Check spam/promotions
  • If your email was wrong during signup, contact support

5. The login page keeps loading

This usually comes from:
  • Slow internet connection
  • Browser cache issues
  • Ad blockers or privacy extensions
  • VPN or proxy interference
Try:
  • Refreshing the page
  • Trying an incognito/private window
  • Disabling VPN
  • Temporarily disabling ad blockers

6. I see “Unauthorized” or “401”

This means:
  • Your session expired
  • Your token was invalidated
  • You logged in on another device
  • Your browser reset cookies
Fix:
  • Log out
  • Log back in
  • Refresh the browser

7. I’m stuck in a login loop

This happens when:
  • Cookies are disabled
  • Browser storage is corrupted
  • Privacy extensions block auth cookies
Fixes:
  • Enable cookies
  • Clear site data for Spicom
  • Try another browser
  • Try private mode

8. Login works on one device but not another

Possible causes:
  • Session still active somewhere else
  • Device clock/date incorrect
  • Cookie settings different on each browser
Try:
  • Logging out everywhere
  • Syncing your device time
  • Logging in again

9. I don’t have access to my email anymore

If you lost access to the email used for your Spicom account:
  • Contact support
  • Provide proof of ownership (LTD code, business name, or invoice)
  • Request an email change
Email migration typically takes < 24h.
