LTD Activation

If you purchased a Lifetime Deal (LTD) for Spicom, you must redeem your code on the official activation page to unlock your lifetime access.

How to Activate Your LTD Code

Follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your Spicom account
  2. Go to https://spicom.co/redeem
  3. Paste your LTD code
  4. Click Activate
  5. Your account will switch to the Lifetime Deal plan immediately
There is only one LTD tier in Spicom.
Once redeemed, your account is permanently upgraded — no stacking, no additional tiers.

Where to Find Your LTD Code

Depending on where you purchased it:
  • DealFuel → “Purchase History”
  • AppSumo → “Products → Codes”
  • SaaSMantra → “My Purchases”
  • PitchGround → “My Products”
Codes usually look like:
  • SPICOM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
  • DF-XXXXX
  • LF-XXXXX

What You Unlock After Activation

Once the code is redeemed:
  • Your account becomes Lifetime Access
  • You keep all features included in the LTD plan
  • No monthly or yearly fees
  • Your plan will not expire
There is no upgrade path — one tier, lifetime access.

My Code Shows “Invalid”

Check the following:
  • Make sure there are no spaces before or after the code
  • You are logged into the correct Spicom account
  • The code has not already been redeemed
  • The code matches exactly (case-sensitive)
Try also:
  • Pasting the code again
  • Using a private/incognito window
  • Refreshing the /redeem page
If the issue persists, contact support with:
  • Your LTD purchase receipt
  • The code you tried
  • The email of your Spicom account
We usually resolve this within 24 hours.

My Code Was Already Used

If the message says “Code already redeemed”, it means:
  • You already redeemed it previously, OR
  • The code was mistakenly reused by the marketplace
To fix:
  1. Contact support
  2. Include your receipt
  3. Include the code
  4. We will verify and unlock access if needed

My Plan Didn’t Switch After Redeeming

Possible causes:
  • The page didn’t refresh
  • Browser cache showing outdated data
  • Login session needs to reset
Try:
  • Refreshing the dashboard
  • Logging out → logging back in
  • Opening Account → Billing to confirm your plan
If it still doesn’t update, support can fix it manually.
